TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN for Med Surg / Telemetry travel assignment in Marion, Illinois. The RN will work 12-hour nights on a 48-hour week, with a 13-week duration, starting 10/12/2026. This travel role requires ACLS/BLS/NIH and 1–2 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities include providing bedside care, monitoring telemetry equipment, and responding to abnormal readings while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• Telemetry RN experience preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and record data.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team.
