Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN for a Med Surg/Telemetry assignment in Marion, Illinois. The Neuro unit provides care for neuro and neuro-surgical patients in a dedicated 22-bed setting, with telemetry monitoring and general medical care.

You will work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, with weekend and holiday rotation. Requires IL RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and EPIC charting experience with two years in Med Surg/Telemetry.

Qualifications

• Current active Illinois RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Two years of Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience, including neuro.
• Recent EPIC charting experience.

Responsibilities

• Neuro assessments and dysphagia screening.
• IV medication titration and infusions.
• Blood product administration and venipuncture.
• NG tubes and drain management.
