Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fall River, MA. This role offers a 36-hour workweek with 12-hour night shifts and a focus on continuous cardiac monitoring in a telemetry unit.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond promptly
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care
• Assist physicians during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
• Maintain patient comfort and safety; ensure safety in telemetry units
• Document patient assessments and nursing history; monitor response to interventions
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications; reinforce plan of care
