TravelNurseSource is sourcing a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fall River, MA. The role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring, patient assessment, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Starting 10/12/2026, nights shifts are available, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Current NJ license is required along with BLS/ACLS certifications and 1 year of telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Telemetry RN experience.
• Current RN license valid per state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current and active.
• Preferred PCCN and NIHSS certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Assist physicians during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
• Document assessments and respond to changes in status.
