Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Newburyport, MA. You will provide comprehensive cardiac monitoring, administer therapies, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced travel role.

The Telemetry RN will maintain high standards of patient safety, document care, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds. This position requires at least 1 year of Telemetry experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond
• Administers prescribed medications with a focus on cardiac care
• Prepares equipment and aids physicians during cardiac procedures
• Maintains patient comfort and safety in the telemetry unit
• Documents nursing history and assessments and communicates patient status to the team
