Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. This position focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring, patient assessment, and collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care during an 8-week assignment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS certification current and active.
• One year of recent Telemetry RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments focusing on cardiac care.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during cardiac procedures.
• Document patient status and nursing history and communicate with the team.
• Educate patients on cardiac health, risks, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control and hospital protocols.
