Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Springfield, MA. The role is a 13-week travel position with 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts. The traveler should have ACLS and BLS, and 1–2 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities include bedside care, monitoring telemetry equipment, and responding to abnormal readings. The Telemetry RN will connect patients to monitoring machines and interpret data to guide patient care, with tax-free stipends and travel benefits

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS are required.
• Travel employment; duration 13 weeks; 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and record displays.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
