Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse in Springfield, MO for a 26-week assignment. The RN will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, providing bedside care and continuous telemetry monitoring in an acute care setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recent acute care experience with BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel experience and strong telemetry skills are preferred for this assignment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years acute care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Telemetry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and monitor patients' vitals and telemetry data
• Operate and interpret telemetry monitoring equipment and EKG readings
• Identify abnormal telemetry patterns and alert the medical team
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data and physician orders
