Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, MO. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS/ACLS, and NIH certifications.

Expect 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts and travel employment through TotalMed RN. The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygenation, interpret ECG data, and communicate findings to the care team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' acute care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required; NIH certification may be required.
• Travel RN position; 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and interpret displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data indicates adverse symptoms.
