Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Telemetry RN for the 7N Cardiac Telemetry unit in Independence, Missouri. This onsite contract starts 10/26/2026 for 13 weeks, with a day shift (07:00 AM–07:00 PM), 12 hours per day, 3 days per week, and patient ratios of 4–5:1 on the 7N unit.

Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIH, along with experience in post-cath recovery, pacemaker care, stroke patients, and cardiology drips.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• Experience recovering post-cath patients and pacemaker placements; stroke patients; amiodarone and Cardizem drips.
• NIH certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry care on the 7N Cardiac Telemetry unit.
• Assist with post-cath recovery and pacemaker care; manage cardiology drips.
• Collaborate with team to maintain patient safety and care quality.

Type of equipment- Pyxis, Alaris pumps, Welch Allen Vitals machines

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

ACLS

Experience recovering post-cath patients (no sheath removal) and pacemaker placements, stroke patients, amiodarone drips, Cardizem drips.
