Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises, a leading AAA club, seeks a Travel Coordinator to support operational, technical, and training needs across the Travel Business Line. This role analyzes workflows and helps implement travel systems and programs to deliver best-in-class service.

The position collaborates with leadership, Travel Agents, and internal partners to ensure efficient execution and up-to-date knowledge of travel technology and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years Travel Agent or related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail travel agency operations and industry regulations.
• Knowledge of travel automation systems; Sabre experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and to coordinate people and activities.
• Light typing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure master programs and coordinate implementation at all locations.
• Coordinate special projects impacting multiple travel departments.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop and implement procedural, technical and vendor training for Travel Agents.
• Interact with Travel Department Business Partners and keep abreast of travel tech changes.
