Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Chicago is seeking a Travel Systems Analyst to serve as a key liaison between travel users, technical teams, and business partners, supporting and improving automated travel systems.

The role identifies operational needs, supports system enhancements, and participates from development through implementation, ensuring reliable processes and data integrity across Apollo, AXIS, Travelport Cruise, and related tools. Works in a hybrid schedule with weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with APOLLO and AXIS systems.
• Familiarity with Travelport Cruise and Agent Max.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Team player with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
• Assist in problem resolution and ongoing utilization.
• Train field travel users in APOLLO, AXIS, and related tools.
• Deliver presentations as needed.
• Support deployment of applications and hardware in the field.
• Develop and distribute user training materials for travel systems.
• Provide remote or on-site user support.
