Significance Inc is seeking a Travel System Analyst (Intermediate) to join our growing team at HHS in a hybrid role that may require Public Trust Clearance.

The Travel Systems Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for technical support, travel program operations, and the Federal E-Travel System (ConcurGov), applying FTR policy and generating reports. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in federal travel support, familiarity with IBM Cognos Analytics, and ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in federal travel support or E-Travel systems.
• Knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
• Experience with ConcurGov is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process assigned cases from the resource mailbox: triage inquiries, track issues, investigate root causes, prioritize high-visibility cases, and provide timely resolutions and status updates.
• Maintain full operational knowledge of the E-Travel System, including authorizations, vouchers, workflows, traveler profiles, routing lists, and system configurations.
• Apply FTR and federal travel policies to system transactions and provide consultative guidance on entitlements, per diem, and complex scenarios.
• Test new system configurations, analyze impacts, and support implementation.
• Generate reports (e.g., via IBM Cognos Analytics), track workload metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Create and deliver trainings, client demonstrations, and presentations (in-person or via Microsoft Teams), including senior leadership.
• Handle ad hoc requests and projects related to data, processes, configurations, and system enhancements.
