Job summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Travel Business Analysis, Senior Analyst to support a Federal Government client in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. The role will gather and document travel business processes for an E-Government Travel System, analyze financial and compensation systems, and author requirements documents.

This on-site position requires strong communication, testing, and QA activities, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Eligibility for a Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with the software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support) or prior experience with project management.
• Expertise with E-Government Travel Systems and the ability to align travel systems to meet client business needs.
• Expertise researching and applying Federal Travel Regulations.
• Expertise with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be flexible and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Analyze complex problems, develop and document alternate solutions.
• Perform and document results of what-if analysis.
• Perform business and system requirements elicitation and analysis via user groups, interviews, regulatory research, etc.
