American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital OR position in Washington, requiring NBSTSA certification and 1+ years of experience. First-time travelers are welcome. The role includes Level II trauma and pediatric trauma settings with Epic EMR usage.

Expect day shifts on a 4x10 schedule, with on-call duties and holiday coverage. The position emphasizes Neuro, general, gynecology, orthopedics, urology, ENT and plastics procedures, plus strict safety and aseptic

Qualifications

• Requires NBSTSA certification and BLS certification.
• Compact nursing license must be in hand at submission.
• First-time travelers welcome.
• Teaching hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center settings.
• 4x10 hour day shift from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM; may float to outpatient center.
• On-call 1x per week with a weekend on-call every 6 weeks.
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios; document with Epic EMR; support aseptic technique and safety protocols.
• Travelers may float between sister facilities near the contracted location.
