The Surgical Technologist/Tissue Processing Technician isresponsible for the sterilization of surgical equipment, arrange surgicalequipment and adjust medical tools to ensure that the surgical devices arefunctioning properly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Surgical Technologist certification as applicable per stateand/or client requirement
• One year experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred(Tissue Processing Technologist – only)
• Degree in biology related field which includes a degree /certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
