Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) position is located in an acute care facility providing a diverse range of surgical specialties. The role involves scrub and assisting during various surgical procedures, with a focus on spine and total joint cases. The assignment offers a dedicated schedule of day shifts, with opportunities to work in a dynamic environment supporting multiple surgical teams.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/20/2026 and ending on 01/19/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Operating Room Technician (CST, NBSTSA or NCCT), current BLS certification, valid state license with a compact license preferred, at least 0 years of experience, and outpatient or inpatient surgical experience. Candidate must have scrub experience and be willing to scrub on diverse surgical cases including general, orthopedic, spine, total joints, urology, gynecological, and laparoscopic procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic-assisted surgeries, surgical procedures involving specialized equipment, and additional outpatient surgery center experience are desirable.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have previous scrub experience in an operative environment, demonstrate knowledge of aseptic techniques, and be able to work effectively in a busy surgical setting. The assignment requires flexibility to float to sister outpatient facilities as needed.
