Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) position in a hospital operating room setting. The role involves supporting surgical procedures in a busy OR unit with a focus on neurosurgical transplants. The schedule is during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a workweek of at least 36 hours. Candidates must possess current hospital CST experience and relevant certifications.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. The assignment starts on 10/05/2026 and ends on 01/04/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months current hospital CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) experience, with active BLSDORA (Basic Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Neurovascular Surgical Techniques) and NBSTA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in large healthcare facilities, Meditech electronic medical record system familiarity, traveling experience, and robotics procedures are advantageous.
• Responsibilities: Support neuro transplant surgeries, adhere to unit policies and safety guidelines, and maintain patient safety and surgical protocols.
• Additional Information: Scrubs are provided for OR and CST staff. The unit features new equipment and a highly experienced staff, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for travel professionals.
