Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions and Lifepoint Health invite experienced travel nurses to join a network of facilities across the country. This 8, 10, or 13 week assignment offers professional growth, weekly deposits, guaranteed hours, and housing/subsidy options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license is required.
• Certifications as required for the specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school in nursing.
• Demonstrate adherence to conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and documentation of care.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family as appropriate.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate and provide education to patient and family based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
