Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments.
• Monitor and document patient condition and communicate with care team.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges.
• Educate patient and family based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
