Job summary

Stryker offers an on-site role responsible for installing surgical light suspensions, booms, and video integration systems with related equipment in operating rooms. You will work with project teams and perioperative hospital staff to ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.

The position requires 100% overnight travel, with travel, lodging, and meals covered under Stryker policy. You will coordinate with electricians, contractors, and field service teams to deliver turnkey

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years technical experience or comparable skill set.

Responsibilities

• Confirms site readiness of pre-installation requirements and infrastructure and performs detailed product inventory of installable equipment.
• Responsible for the installation of all surgical light suspension systems, surgical booms, video integration systems and associated cabling to deliver appropriate video signals and ancillary equipment.
• Programs, tests, and inspects all video integration sources according to design specifications and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
