Job summary

Cruise Planners is seeking a Travel Customer Support Representative for a hybrid role. You will support our proprietary CP tools and assist agents via calls, emails, and tickets, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with social media, MS Office, and email clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• This is a hybrid role: Remote Mondays and Fridays; Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and ticket inquiries to Care Team.
• Explain and answer questions regarding new business initiatives, promos, and pricing to help agents grow their business.
• Assist agents with vendor questions, marketing plans, Full Sails, CP Pod and magazine orders.
• Support agents with technical issues and respond promptly.
• Troubleshoot escalated inquiries to resolve tickets.
• Provide proprietary and general software support.
• Provide support on third party products.
• Relay ETA for resolution to agents.
• Enter notes in Call Tracker for status visibility.
• Identify common issues and work with Care Team Manager to resolve.
• Coordinate with third party vendors to resolve pricing, itineraries, and reservations.
• Create guides or video tutorials for agents and CP Genie.
• Attend Bootcamp, Star U, and other events as needed.
