Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent with strong Publix or ALDI construction experience to lead field operations on high-quality commercial projects across multiple sites.

This role requires travel, hands-on project execution, coordination of subcontractors, safety, and schedule management; the ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction supervision with proven leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Publix construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with grocery, retail, or other large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
