Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week travel assignment in Florence, South Carolina. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:00) with every other weekend required, in a high-acuity Stepdown/ICU environment.

The role requires two years of RN ICU/Stepdown experience, active SC or Compact license, and ACLS/BLS certification (NIHSS preferred). Epic will be used for documentation and patient care coordination.

Qualifications

• Two years of RN experience in ICU and/or Stepdown settings.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license before start.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform duties of medical and surgical care of patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Assist in training and orientation of new staff and nursing students.
