Qualifications

• Active SC license or Compact license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in step-down or progressive care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for step-down unit patients during night shifts.
• Monitor patient vitals and recognize early signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately within the Epic system.
• Float as needed to meet facility needs across units.
