Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Valid RN license in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and irregular schedules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments, assist during cardiac procedures, ensure patient safety.
• Observe, record, and report patient conditions and responses.
• Respond to emergencies, document assessments, and educate patients on cardiac health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow safety and infection control protocols.
