Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is actively seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Weirton, West Virginia. The position is a 36-hour work week with a 12-hour rotating shift at a hospital setting.

Candidate must have BLS and ACLS, plus 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience and proficiency with cardiac monitoring. This travel role offers competitive pay and dedicated recruiter support.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience.
• Comfortable with cardiac monitoring and cardiac drips.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs, vitals, bathing, toileting, feeding, repositioning, answering call lights, blood sugars.
• Manage patient care for cardiac, pneumonia, post-cath lab, seizures, and other diagnoses.
• Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and respond to respiratory needs.
• Read and interpret tele monitor strips and rhythms.
