Job summary

Your Health is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to service patients across South Carolina, conducting in-person assessments and therapy in homes, facilities, and outpatient settings. The role supports interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of life through person-centered therapy and proactive care.

The position is full-time with a monthly bonus and vehicle allowance, working 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
• Experience with adult/geriatric therapy is preferred (1–2 years).
• Proficient in documenting and navigating EMR systems and telemedicine tools.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform re-evaluations and adjust treatments as needed.
• Monitor and document patient progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, PTs, and care coordinators.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies and safety precautions.
• Coordinate daily visits and ensure timely communication with providers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and billing guidance.
