Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab seeks a Travel Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care setting to diagnose, treat and prevent speech, voice and swallowing disorders. You will screen patients, create individualized plans and educate families.

At least 6 months of experience, ASHA-SLP national certification and state licensure are required; BLS is also expected. This travel role involves 35 hours weekly on a day shift with assignments across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in speech-language pathology.
• Must hold ASHA-SLP National Certification and state licensure.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, voice, and swallowing disorders in various patient populations within an acute care setting.

Key Duties:

• Report progress and ensure accurate documentation following regulatory and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months experience (new grads encouraged), with BLS, ASHA-SLP National Certification, and state-specific licensure. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks related to the role. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential.

Additional Info:

Employment is travel-based, involving 35 hours per week on dayshift, with potential for additional certifications prior to assignment.
