Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health seeks a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for an acute care hospital setting in Alaska. You will deliver comprehensive speech therapy including swallowing assessments with FEES and MBSS, and you may rotate across units on a 4x10-hour schedule, including weekends.

Applicants should hold CCC-SLP certification and a current SLP license, with at least two years of experience and credentials in FEES/MBSS preferred; background checks and fingerprinting are required.

Travel Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care hospital setting.

Provide speech therapy services, including swallowing evaluations using FEES and MBSS equipment, in a 175-bed hospital. May float between units and work on a rotating schedule that includes weekends. Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.

Qualifications

CCC-SLP certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience, current SLP license, and US SSN with DOB. FEES and MBSS credentialing preferred. No work gaps over 90 days in the last year. Must pass fingerprinting and background checks and meet dress code requirements.

Skills & Key Duties

Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and proficiency in swallowing assessments. Ability to work 4x10-hour day shifts, with a focus on acute care and inpatient rehab units. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not considered.
