Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, voice, and swallowing disorders in acute care settings. You will screen patients, develop individualized plans, and educate patients and families while ensuring compliant documentation.

Position involves travel with 35 hours per week on dayshift, benefits including weekly pay, guaranteed hours, continuing education, and health/retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience minimum (new grads encouraged)
• Requires BLS, ASHA-SLP National Certification, and state licensure
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as part of the role
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential

• Report progress and ensure accurate documentation following regulatory and insurance guidelines.
