Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings in the United States, including Anchorage, Alaska.

The role requires CCC-SLP certification and a minimum of 2 years acute care experience. You will conduct assessments and deliver speech therapy, including FEES and MBSS, with a rotating 10-hour shift schedule across four days per week, including weekends.
