Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan or a compact privilege accepted by Michigan by the start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, working with patients, families and care teams.
• Plan and implement therapy in a SNF setting, spanning short-term rehab to long-term care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
