Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Sunnyvale, CA. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across all ages, developing individualized treatment plans with a focus on improving outcomes.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification. The role includes competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and strong clinical team support.

Formación

• Valid SLP license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Master's degree in SLP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse patients.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on assessments and goals.
• Document progress and maintain EMR records accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
