Qualifications

• Hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using standardized tools.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain infection control and safety during therapy sessions.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current in practice.
