Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Willing to travel to Sacramento, CA for 13-week assignment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments.
- Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Document progress in EMR and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and safe swallowing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
