Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This travel assignment offers full-time pay, benefits, and relocation options, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care across diverse settings.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, CFY completion, and an active state license (CCC preferred). BLS may be needed, and travel experience is beneficial for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed CFY and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in SNF settings.
• Address communication and swallowing disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
