Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift and involves working within an interdisciplinary team to provide skilled services per physician orders.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current SLP license (or in process), CPR certification, and SLP-CCC designation. This SNF/LTC setting offers housing accommodations and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an SLP or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic goals for patients to develop or recover communication and swallowing skills.
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
