Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, CFY completion with CCC, active state licensure, and potential BLS. Experience in SNF settings is preferred, with relocation and housing support offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP from an accredited program.
• CFY completed and ASHA CCC.
• Active state licensure required to start.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to SNF patients.
• Support swallowing and communication disorder treatment and documentation.

Education
