Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Weirton, WV. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages while collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Preferred candidates hold an MS/CCC-SLP, have current WV licensure, and demonstrate excellence in clinical care. Travel positions include competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel support.

Qualificações

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of West Virginia or eligible
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Strong communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse age groups.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on evaluations and evidence-based practices
• Document progress and maintain EMR records accurately
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home exercises
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers
