Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 20-week travel assignment at a Midland, TX facility. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans and collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing (state licensure)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
• CCC-SLP credential (preferred)
• SLP experience welcomed; new grads considered

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across varied patient populations.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed; document in EMR
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the clinical environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance
