Northshore Home Health Care in Illinois is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy across patient settings. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a Master’s in SLP, IL licensure, CCC-SLP eligibility, and BLS; experience with dysphagia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Illinois SLP license
• CCC-SLP from ASHA or eligibility
• BLS certification
• At least one professional reference

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services across patient settings
