Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. You will develop individualized treatment plans, use standardized assessments, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining documentation, and adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license and BLS certification.
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology; CCC preferred.
• CCC credential may be preferred or required by some employers.

Responsibilities
