  • Provide direct speech-language pathology therapy to residents, including therapy aimed at communication, swallowing safety, and feeding skills.
  • Document evaluation findings, treatment goals, progress notes, and discharge planning in the resident’s medical record in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in care conferences to support resident outcomes.

Responsibilities
