Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 42-week travel assignment in Spanaway, Washington. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized therapy plans.

This travel role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with benefits and support from our clinical team; licensure and certification reimbursements are available to travelers.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (WA)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred
• New grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on home therapy and safe swallowing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy.
