The role involves evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients, with a collaborative rehab team and a focus on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours, and requires Massachusetts SLP licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.

• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
