You will join a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a travel assignment offering 40 hours per week, a 13-week term, and full-time benefits. Virginia licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Experience in SNF or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
