Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certificate required at hire (ARDMS).
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Experience in a hospital setting and customer service/problem-solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ultrasound imaging services per physician orders.
• Prepare ultrasound rooms and diagnostic equipment; develop films.
• Operate ultrasound equipment following safety standards and professional ethics.
• Assist radiologists with procedures as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure patient safety during procedures.
