Job summary

BB Imaging is seeking an experienced MFM Sonographer to join our travel team, supporting clinics nationwide with maternal-fetal care. This direct-employer role offers competitive weekly pay, outstanding benefits, and a dedicated recruiter while working in Spokane, WA and other travel sites.

The travel sonographer will perform high-risk OB ultrasound, evaluate findings, assist with procedures, document in EMR, and travel regionally with BB Imaging's supportive team.

Qualifications

• RDMS (OB/GYN) certification required.
• Minimum one year of high-risk OB/MFM experience.
• Strong knowledge of maternal-fetal anatomy and ultrasound physics.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
• Evaluate sonographic findings and communicate results to physicians.
• Assist physicians during procedures including amniocentesis, as applicable.
• Document patient information accurately within the EMR.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure quality imaging.
• Travel to assigned clinic locations within the region.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting BB Imaging's clinical standards.
