Job summary

BB Imaging is seeking an experienced Travel Sonographer to support a Spokane, WA clinic on an up-to-17-week assignment. You will perform OB/MFM ultrasound exams, liaise with physicians, and travel to regional sites while upholding BB Imaging's clinical standards.

The role requires RDMS OB/GYN, at least 1 year in high-risk OB/MFM, and independent, patient-focused care. This hourly position offers weekly pay, per diem, and ongoing opportunities with a direct employer.

Qualifications

• RDMS (OB/GYN) certification required.
• Minimum one year of high‑risk OB/MFM experience.
• Strong knowledge of maternal‑fetal anatomy and ultrasound physics.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
• Evaluate findings and communicate results to physicians.
• Assist during procedures such as amniocentesis when applicable.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure image quality.
• Travel to assigned clinic locations within the region.

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations
